Parents, the document linked below is designed to assist you in keeping track of your swimmer's progress. Each age group/sex is represented in this form, now one download and you decide what to use/keep! Additionally, we removed all meet and year references so you no longer have to download a new set every year.

We hope that these forms are of value to you - and if you have any suggestions, let one of the Parent Board representatives know your idea!
