Membership
Your dues are payable by May 1, 2010. If the dues are not paid by May 1, 2010, a $35 late fee will be assessed. There are NO exceptions to this rule unless you contact Tony Hopp prior to May 1, 2010. If you have a hardship case, any member can petition the Board of Directors for a voluntary suspension of membership. This must be done by April 1, 2010 in order to be considered for the 2010 season. Please be sure to fill out the annual registration form. Forward your check and registration to the address found on the registration form and make your check payable to the Brookdale Racquet Club.
Information will be available on the office answering machine on days when weather conditions could cause the cancellation of activities at the Brookdale Racquet Club. Please monitor notices posted on the club bulletin board in regards to social events and pool closure.
Club members can reserve the pavilion, tennis courts, and volleyball court during regular club hours. The fee structure for pavilion usage, after hours pool parties and non-member guest fees is enclosed in this letter. Signup and scheduling the use of the pavilion must be done at the pool office. Please see the Club Manager and/or assistant managers for reservations and signup.
